How long does cabinet refinishing take?
Most projects are completed in 5-8 business days, depending on the size of your kitchen and the scope of work. We'll give you a precise timeline during your free consultation.
What's the difference between refinishing and refacing?
Refinishing involves cleaning, sanding, and applying a new stain or paint to your existing cabinet doors and boxes. Refacing replaces the door and drawer fronts entirely while keeping the original cabinet boxes. Both options are significantly less expensive than full cabinet replacement.
Do I need to remove everything from my cabinets?
Yes — we ask that you empty your cabinets before we arrive. We remove cabinet doors and hardware, do our work, then reinstall everything. Your kitchen will be fully functional again at the end of the project.
What brands and products do you use?
We use professional-grade paints, stains, and topcoats designed specifically for cabinetry. These products are far more durable than standard wall paints and are formulated to handle the heat, moisture, and daily wear of a working kitchen.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. Details are outlined in your project agreement. Proper maintenance (gentle cleaning, avoiding abrasive products) ensures the longest lasting results.
